Reflection is an important part of my practice as a teacher. Every year I take some time to determine what worked well and what changes need to be made. One of the most important guiding questions I use to make decisions in my classroom is, "What is best for my students?" Everything that happens is done with the kids in mind, whether it is a math lesson or a surprise to make students feel special and part of a team. I would love to ask you to complete a feedback form in order to help me be the best teacher I can be for all of the students that enter my classroom. Asking for feedback can be a scary thing, but it can also be very rewarding and provide potential for me to learn more about myself and grow as a teacher. If you choose to fill out the feedback form, please do your best to be honest and kind. I know that this time of year can be very busy, so I thank you in advance for taking time out of your busy schedule to complete this quick survey. Please click on the link below to access the form. I will also be asking all of my students to complete a feedback form in class. I value their opinions as well. We spend a lot of time together throughout the course of a school year and I love to know what they think about their 2nd grade experience!
