Here's What's Happening in Mrs. Brunt's Class!
Our story for the upcoming week will be A Way to Help Planet Earth. We will learn all about asking questions as we read to help us understand the text, irregular verbs, comparatives, and superlatives. We will also have some fun President's Day learning activities!
Our plan is to wrap up the second half of our Everyday Math unit 5. Lessons will include change-to-more number stories, parts-and-total number stories, mentally adding and subtracting 10 and 100, and adding multi digit numbers. We will also be reviewing double-digit subtraction with regrouping.
