Here's What's Happening in Mrs. Brunt's room!
This week we will begin Unit 3 in our Everyday Math curriculum. My goal is to take our Unit 3 test or "Celebration of Learning" as we like to call them before we leave for Christmas break. We will continue to work on addition strategies throughout this unit. Please check out the Home Links, posted above, to reinforce what we are learning in school.
We will also be spending the month of December working on some fantastic Christmas Around the World activities. This will be a great way for us to incorporate some geography into our day and expand our world views! The kids and I will be packing our suitcases and preparing our passports for an awesome learning adventure.
Goodbye, Ottawa Lake and hello, world! Here we come! If you are interested in helping out with one of our activities, check out the link to the sign-up below!
